Customer ServicePart TimeAnywhere is looking to you to enhance our customer service department by representing the Company in a professional manner by responding to customer telephone and email inquiries, key word searches, and working on projects to enhance is determined to be the only resource needed for excellent quality commercial and home embroidery designs and products. Our mission is to provide embroiderers a way to shop for great values from the convenience of their computers in a safe and secure online environment, and then to deliver their orders as quickly as possible.   • Assist customers with both embroidery related issues as well as general personal computer issues
  • Respond in a timely and professional manner to all email and telephone support requests
  • Work closely with our IT department regarding any issues or suggestions for improving systems
  • Work independently, but also as a cohesive team to provide the best possible customer experience
  • Always maintain control when working with customers
  • Basic knowledge of personal computer software concepts
  • Must have a great deal of patience and understanding when working with others
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Mastery of the written English language
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent telephone etiquette
  • Must be an honest and trustworthy person
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word
  • Work from home
  • Work 20/hrs each week
  • $11 per hr.
