  • Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective way
  • Monitor the productivity of other team members
  • Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
  • Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant
  • Oversee quality controls and monitor production and customer KPIs
  • Help recruit, train and supervise team
  • Find ways to increase quality of customer service
  • Being responsible for device and password management
  • Manage all Website Development activities using best judgment
  • We will teach you what we know. It is your job to stay abreast of the rapidly changing marketing landscape, field of reproductive health, and help us update our processes. 
  • We’re a teensy tiny company and probably will be for a while. You will likely be asked to fill other roles.
  • Anything else the founder dreams up
  • Minimum of 3 years experience working in a management role at digital marketing agency
  • Minimum of 5 years experience of digital agency experience
  • Knowledge of the field of fertility care and the business side of reproductive health
  • Google Analytics certification
  • HubSpot certification(s)
  • Excellent client service and communication skills
  • Mastery of relationships and conversation
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deliver to expected deadlines
