Revenue Operations Manager

We just raised our Series A and our main initiative for 2020 is to structure and scale an entire operations team. In that regard we are looking for an experienced Revenue Operations Manager that will own our billing system and revenue streams and make the liaison between sales, product, growth and finance.
80% of our revenue is done abroad, and a vast majority is done in the North America region. Therefore this role requires a great experience in managing international revenue streams, multiple currencies and billing systems (Stripe, Chargebee, GoCardless).
The role will be accountable for the billing configuration and technical implementation, revenue analytics, and pricing strategy. You will also be tasked with monitoring the activities and performance of the sales team and the self-service by tracking those revenue streams.


  • Understand all aspects of our billing infrastructure and become the internal expert
  • Implement new billing process, tools and features to optimize revenue
  • Work with Sales to help them on their billing/sales strategy
  • Assisting our current enterprise sales lead with bigger deals as we move upmarket
  • Work with CSM and support for invoicing enquiries
  • Work with Marketing to establish better reporting on the self service funnel
  • Work with Finance to recognize revenue properly and build processes
  • Reporting & performance analysis in coordination with founders and investors

Job requirements

We are looking for a perfect fit:
  • 3+ years sales XP in SaaS environment targeting from mid-market to enterprise accounts
  • Mandatory past XP in a similar role (Revenue Ops, Sales Ops, etc.)
  • Experience with Stripe
  • Experience with GoCardless
  • Experience in using Chargebee as invoicing software
  • You know your way around APIs and analytics tools
  • Working with financial teams and/or CFOs is a huge plus
  • Understanding of a SaaS acquisition/sales funnel
  • Data driven & process-oriented
  • Fast learner
  • Native English or extremely fluent
