REQUIREMENTSThe Case Control Center is open 7 days a week, 24 hrs/day.Shifts are Part time, Monday through Friday, 10 am - 2 pm.This position is a Work From Home position meaning:Must be able to provide a distraction free environment (no pets, TVs, children, etc).Must live in the state of Nevada and within driving distance of Las Vegas (may be required to come into the city with a 24 hour notice).Must be willing and able to pass Internet Speed Test, 60 Mbps download/30 Mbps upload speed before training.High school diploma or GED is required; college preferredSales/Cross selling experience preferredAbility to communicate effectively with clientsUsed to adapting in an ever-changing environment and handling multiple prioritiesExcellent verbal communication with an outgoing personalityAble to multitask and learn quicklyMust thrive in a team environmentAbility to work in an inbound/outbound blended environmentReliable and dependableExcellent comprehension and critical-thinking skillsAbility to type at least 35 WPM with excellent writing skills while navigating through multiple software applicationsTraining will take place in our Longwood, Florida office. The training course is 3 weeks long, M-F, mornings with REQUIRED daily attendance.
