Our rapidly scaling medical education technology company is seeking an OMEF Regional Leader to join our Osmosis Medical Education Fellowship Program. In this role, you will be working to help us carry out program management, administration, build and improve processes as well as help us spread joy to our candidates, learners, and the broader community.This is a hands-on position in a unique remote, start-up environment, so we are looking for a candidate who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and to work with team members across the organization.About OsmosisOur mission is to “Empower the world’s clinicians & caregivers with the best learning experience possible.” ​To this end, we have an audience of more than a million current & future clinicians as well as patients and family members. We do everything we can to make sure our teammates are successful personally and professionally.About the RoleAs an OMEF Regional Lead, you will work closely with our OMEF learners and People Team to ensure that our culture and values are spread to our OMEF community. You will assist with program administrative tasks, projects and provide primary support to upwards of 20 OMEFs in your cohort.Key ResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
  • Serve as the main contact, advisor, and liaison for OMEFs in your cohort: 
    • Manage their onboarding, maintain & engage in your cohort Slack channel, support and track student activities, and assist with payment tracking
    • Manage administrative tasks and projects that relate to your OMEF cohort through Trello
  • Build strong relationships with OMEFs in your cohort and regularly check-in via Slack & bi-monthly 1x1 calls
  • Conduct monthly 1x1 update calls with Community Manager
  • Attend 1 of 2 monthly OMEF meetings as well as OMEF Regional Lead meetings along with completing the monthly survey
  • Work on a semester-long, self-directed project are Osmosis related 
  • Spread joy to our OMEF community by embodying our six core values; collaborate with your OMEF cohort to find more ways to spread Osmosis culture and values to our OMEF schools.
  • Assist the Osmosis Team as needed with additional OMEF projects as needed 
Qualifications
  • Previous enrollment and strong performance in the OMEF program
  • Third or Fourth-year medical student 
  • Impressive reliability and attention to detail; spreadsheets don’t scare you! 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills on email, video, and print media
  • Proven track record of managing and succeeding in multiple projects at once
  • Knowledge and/or willingness to learn multiple tech platforms, such as Slack, Trello, G Suite, Calendly, Zoom,
  • Strong experience providing top-notch service both internally and externally and ability to embody core values
  • Initiator that can both put on a thinking cap and roll up sleeves to figure things out
  • Positive disposition and ability to bring joy to team members and customers and represent the Osmosis brand
  • A passion for Osmosis’s mission, vision, and values
