Job Summary:As an Implementation Analyst on the National Accounts Implementation Team, you will provide a high level of support for Implementation Managers in handling of post-sale activities to acquire and retain large complex groups and projects.  Responsibility ranges from gathering initial documentation for case setup, supporting adjacent business units with sample timelines, administration and continual improvement of the Workfront project management platform and managing a caseload of lower complexity level new groups and/or Inforce cases adding additional lines of coverage.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Analyze implementation documentation; sold proposal and prior plan information and secure additional information as necessary.  Assist Implementation Managers in securing relevant information pertaining to implementations and follow-up on outstanding information within prescribed timeframes. 
  • Develop and maintain project deliverables
  • Communicate project tasks, milestones and deliverables to the business unit experts and team
  • Maintain and update Workfront site, serving as primary administrator, provide recommendations on system improvements and solutions based on user feedback
  • Maintain and update Implementation SharePoint site
  • Create detailed sample implementation timelines for proposal and finalist activities
  • Maintain project schedule; track project performance against milestones
  • Participate on cross-function or cross-department projects, as assigned
  • Coordinate and manage lower complexity implementation activities on new large accounts including, but not limited to, billing/reporting setup, contract/document issue, coordinating billing and claims training with policyholders and other administration activities
  • Coordinate and manage multiple projects with demanding time constraints, while meeting changing priorities and deadlines
  • Partner with Implementation Managers, as needed
  • Analyze work processes to develop and recommend workflow improvements
  • Apply acquired job skills and working knowledge to assist with complex deliverables with multiple parties
Job Specifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Requires minimum of 3 to 4 years group insurance experience with progressive responsibility and an emphasis in project management, benefits administration, large case management, enrollment technology or the equivalent combination of education/experience.
  • Client facing experience preferred
  • Strong project leadership skills and a proven ability to multi-task effectively
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong planning, prioritizing, decision-making and organization skills
  • Energy and passion for teamwork and collaboration in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated product expertise and the ability to learn new products
  • Proven ability to influence others
