We have a rare opportunity for a Head of Sales to join our rapidly growing business and deliver on our corporate strategy. You should be ready and willing to travel the country, delivering on the market development strategy of our value-add services, breaking new ground and ensuring the growth of the company. Surevine specialises in building secure collaboration solutions for the most security conscious businesses and governments on the planet. As Head of Sales you will be responsible for delivering Surevine's sales pipeline, managing key accounts and developing and growing the business in line with our strategy.

Key Responsibilities
• Head up Sales, reporting directly to our CEO; primarily for our value-add services but also supporting the sales of our cyber security product
• Own and manage the sales process (including sales pipeline and CRM)
• Develop and win new business in line with Surevine's strategic goals
• Farm new business within existing accounts
• Develop partnerships with strategically aligned companies and organisations to enhance Surevine's strategy
• Support Marketing effort at events across the world
• Proposal / Bid Management; improve and develop bid templates, produce proposals, coordinate tender responses including estimation
• Manage key accounts
• Report on sales performance to board
• Produce quarterly sales forecasts against an annual goal Is this you? Personal

• Great networker, in their element in a crowded room with people they haven't met yet
• Diligent and organised, a safe pair of hands
• Great network of contacts in a sector relevant to Surevine's mission
• A skilled and natural communicator, happy to present to a room full of people at a moments notice
• Strong written communicator, able to quickly produce high-quality proposals Experience
• History of working with or inside of Government
• Strong technical background, comfortable to have in-depth technical conversations with both the team and the customer
• Skilled project manager who is able to keep a team of people on target • SC clearance (or willingness to go through the process) Aspirations
• Happy to travel where the business needs and opportunities are - predominately London and Gloucestershire in the UK, with regular global travel
