Your Mission:
As the Operations Manager for our flagship Wealth App product, you'll sit at the core of SwissBorg working across departments to solve problems and create effective scalable solutions. You'll be involved in everything from launching our product in new geographies, to building our investment ecosystem, and everything in between. You'll gain exposure to a range of verticals, giving you more breath and depth than most other positions and offers you the chance to have immense impact on SwissBorg's success.

Some things you might be doing:

    • Ownership of critical business functions (Financial Engine, Fund Management, Payments & Withdrawals, Risk management)
    • Management of the daily operations (Alerting, On-Call, Organization...)
    • Participate in the elaboration of the QA strategy in terms of functional and non-functional tests
    • Organizing cross-team coordination / plans
    • Produce reporting related to internal process & external communication
    • Identifying inefficiencies in operational processes, then designing and implementing solutions
    • Documenting, maintaining, and improving standard operating procedures
    • Specifying needs to develop and improve SwissBorg's internal tools

What you might look like:

    • Bachelor's in a STEM degree and 4+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment with minimum 2 years working in operations or financial services
    • Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
    • Ability to communicate clearly and to the point
    • Prior experience at a start-up or high growth tech company 
    • Resilient to stressful situations
    • Participate in the on-call rotation
    • Capacity to lead and to create an efficient operational organization
    • Self-starter with ability to work independently and coordinate across multiple functional groups
    • Resourceful and adaptive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
    • Data-driven mindset
    • Knowledge about cryptocurrency and blockchain is a plus
    • Experience managing projects interfacing with technical and non-technical teams
    • Understanding of programming (Python, Javascript, etc) and of SQL
