Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound enquiries from prospects and customers
  • Be a customer evangelist; listen to their problems, uncover opportunities, and offer the best customer care
  • Learn and know our product inside out, build your knowledge base
  • Join demo sessions with the sales team to answer any technical questions
  • Assist trial and paid customer with onboarding; answer questions and help implement the deployments
  • Work with the Support / QA / Development and Product team on improving the product based on customer feedback
  • Contribute to a sales-driven environment with quality assurance, up sales, and product demo


Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role supporting SaaS and Enterprise products
  • Ideally a former programmer, DevOps or IT engineer
  • Technical experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware, Hyper-V
  • Understanding of architecture, migrations, and management of hybrid / private cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure
  • General knowledge of Linux
  • Some administrative experience of Windows
  • Previous experience with security solutions is a plus
